OIL & GAS

In collaboration with other industry players, we have been actively involved in the exploration and operation of fields to extract crude oil and natural gas with increased access to capital, which enhances our ability to secure lease rights, lease equipment and acquire smaller asset. Midway is positioned to become a large energy investment company. Midway held an equity stake in the concessionaire and boperator of defunct Tom Shot Bank (TSB) marginal oil field asset. The TSB concessions is located near OPL276 in the southeastern Niger Delta, Nigeria, situated 11km north of the Oron field and 14km southwest of the Abana field (Moni Pulo). This offshore concession approximately 4km from the shore and spans an area of about 20 square kilometers. Midway also holds a participatory interest in Block 4 of the Nigeria-Sao-Tome Joint Development Zone (JDZ) through one of its concessionaires

We are involved in the procurement, installation and maintenance of STS prepaid metres, Automatic changeover system, Renewable Energy Systems and all other form of energy/power management systems. By knowing our customers and markets, we can handle all the changes, trends and challenges that is involved in the Power Systems business wants and needs. Our operations are characterised by quality and reliability. Businesses will charge more in the next few years than they have in the previous 50 years with ICT playing a vital role in energy distribution companies and our homes and offices. Some of the products are servers, Routers, Switches, VSAT, Desktop Computers, Smart Hybrid Solar Inverter, Prepaid or Smart Metres, Data Concentrators, Automatic Changeover switches etc. Others are cloud based energy management System, LAN and WAN Design and Development.
